Hydraulic Turret
- • The parts to be machined automatically infeed to the collect chuck through a feed channel.

- • Once part machining is finished, the parts picker will automatically take out the finished product, then placing it on a product conveyor.

- • 6-position turret (PG-42) 8-position turret (PG-60)
- • The turret tightening / loosening is actuated by hydraulic power, featuring smooth motion and heavy cutting resistance.
- • Tool change time is 0.41 seconds (adjacent tool).

- • The automatic lubricator delivers lubrication oil to X,Z-axis slideways, that ensure smooth movement at all times.
- • In case of lack of oil, an alarm occurs and the machine stops automatically.
Collet Chuck
- • The spindle is mounted with a collet chuck, providing fast chucking of parts.
- • The collet chuck is operated by a foot switch for added convenience.
- • Applicable collet is type 44.
On-line Workpiece Measuring Device
- • The measuring device is used for measuring workpiece sizes directly on the machine during machining, that saves time and ensure workpiece accuracy.
- • Upon customer's requirement, the measuring device is applicable for measuring inside diameter or outside diameter of workpiece.
- • Minimum display is 0.2 μm.
- • Measuring frequency can be set as desired.
